By accessing or purchasing from OD Softwares you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree you must not use this site or any of its products.

OD Softwares sells software license keys for third-party game enhancement tools. These tools modify the behaviour of video games and may violate the terms of service of the relevant game publisher. By purchasing you acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences including account bans or hardware bans.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from OD Softwares. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement.

All keys are delivered digitally and instantly upon confirmed payment. Once a key has been delivered to you it is considered used. It is your responsibility to store your key securely — lost keys will not be re-issued.

Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility. Refunds are limited and subject to the conditions set out therein.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider is a direct violation of these Terms of Service. Upon detection of any chargeback or dispute, the following actions will be taken immediately and without warning:

• Your site account will be permanently banned
• Your email address will be permanently blacklisted
• Your IP address will be permanently blocked
• Your Discord account will be permanently banned from our server
• Your payment card fingerprint will be blocked from future purchases
• Your software license key will be revoked

If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, you must use our official refund process via the Discord bot — open a refund ticket in our Discord server. Chargebacks bypass this process and are treated as fraud.

OD Softwares reserves the right to permanently ban any account for violating these Terms of Service. Bans apply to your email address, IP address, Discord account, and payment method simultaneously. Attempting to circumvent a ban by creating alternative accounts is a further violation and all associated accounts will also be banned.

You may not resell, distribute, share, or sublicense any key or product purchased from OD Softwares without prior written consent. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our products. Detection status, compatibility, and feature availability are subject to change at any time without notice. No refunds will be issued due to game updates, anti-cheat updates, or changes in detection status.

OD Softwares shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to game account bans, hardware bans, or loss of in-game assets.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction.
