1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your chosen username and a securely hashed version of your password. We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it in a support chat.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your account information is used solely to authenticate your identity, process your purchases, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
3. Password Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using a strong cryptographic algorithm (scrypt) before being written to our database. Even we cannot read your password.
4. Purchase Records
When you purchase a key we log which product and key type you purchased. This record is kept to allow support staff to verify your purchase. Key strings themselves are delivered to you and then removed from our stock — we do not retain a copy of the key after delivery.
5. Support Chats
Messages sent via our live chat system are stored on our servers so that support staff can read and respond to them. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information via the chat.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to store your authentication token. This keeps you logged in between sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support via the live chat.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
