Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our products, refunds are strictly limited. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in full.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
  • You have attempted to use the key and it does not function on your PC.
  • Our support staff have made every reasonable effort to assist you and have been unable to resolve the issue.
  • The owner has personally reviewed your case and confirmed that a refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Your game account or hardware was banned as a result of using the software.
  • The software was detected or a game update broke compatibility β€” these are inherent risks of using enhancement tools.
  • You purchased the wrong duration or product.
  • You have not contacted support and allowed staff to attempt to resolve your issue first.
  • The key has been used and is working as intended.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria, open a support ticket via the live chat on our site. Describe your issue in full and provide any relevant information. A staff member will review your case. If staff are unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to the owner for a final decision.

Owner's Discretion

The final decision on all refunds rests solely with the owner of OD Softwares. A refund confirmed by the owner is binding and final. No refund will be issued without the owner's explicit confirmation.
